What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

I just received my urinalysis test results. I was concerned because the Ketones, Proteins were 1+. and Erastes 1+. Also the urine was yellow and cloudy, and there were Hyaline casts and Calcium casts. The rest were negative. Should I be worried about this?

well it seems to be due to :
1Dehydration leading to a concentrated urine
2.Mild UTI leading to cloudy and few casts
hyaline cast sometimes a normal finding so not to worry much
all u need is to increase water intake and lessen salt intake
to repeat urine analysis after one week
and to review after that with reports
